BIRTHDAY BOY

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO THE MOST HANDSOME MAN OUT THERE!

I'm eternally grateful for the birth of this man. He's been the biggest blessing to my life. Thank you Bonnie and Richard for having such a wonderful son and for raising him well. Especially Bonnie, for going through what mothers go through to bear and raise children. I hope to one day be even half the mom that you are.

Steven and I are going up to Salt Lake to celebrate his birthday with Steve's parents and spend the weekend at their house. Ever since we got back from spending the weekend there for Thanksgiving break we have been SO homesick to go back. And then, in one week we get to go to our other home in Texas!

HOME SWEET HOME

WE LOVE OUR HOME.

I probably should have done this a long time ago since we've been living at our "new" home for almost 4 months. For those of you who care and for my mum, here is what we've done to our place :) We still need to decorate some more but we will do it little by little. The moment we walked in, we knew that this was the right place for us. We are so happy here.

Steve writes 10 page papers while I take pictures and blog.

Our Christmas tree looks a little sad because we need more ornaments but we love it.

We LOVE our couch. My parents are the best.

We also love our bed! Once again, my parents rock!

Key to a Happy Day!

This is from the t.v. show New Girl; it's one of my absolute favorite shows.

Please enjoy before reading ahead
(YOU CAN SKIP THE FIRST 17 SEC.)

THAT WAS ME TODAY.

I love WICKED. That is what made my day AMAZING (other than Steven of course).
People next to me were definitely staring at me like I belonged in a mental institution but you know what, life is way too short to not enjoy it from time to time.

My Downfall

I've never before realized just how impatient I truly am.

I bought Steve a Heat jersey for his birthday a week ago...his birthday isn't until Dec. 13th. I thought that if I started buying presents right now then we wouldn't be so poor when Christmas came around....BAD IDEA.
As soon as I got home guess what I did?

I told Steve. Dumb. I know.

Today, it came in the mail and I ripped it open as soon as I got it to see what it looked like. Then, I got nervous and excited. Nervous that he wouldn't like it (he's extremely picky) and excited to just give it to him. So today, I forced him to receive his present a month early....he said he could wait but I told him that I COULDN'T. What's wrong with me?!
Anyway, here's him loving his jersey. At least I did something right.
